Harrison Flooring and More

Didn't tell us about the $35 fee to have someone out for a quote. Went into the store a week later - still no quote. Weeks went by, no quote. Asked for a refund on the fee, owner wouldn't come to the phone. Rachelle (very nice lady!) called me back and said they would refund our fee, we could stop in or she would mail it. Couldn't make it in to the shop, so I called to ask her to mail it. Owner gets on the phone and is RUDE. Doesn't want to give the refund now. He refused "to talk to me anymore" (his words) and hung up. I called back and he told me he wasn't going to waster 35 cents on a stamp. Then he hung up on me AGAIN. 0 out of 10. I do NOT recommend.

Wanted to buy local, but was much more expensive than in Clare. Didn't have much of a selection & were charging shipping fees, etc if you didn't buy in stock merchandise. Their prices were stated by square foot instead of the standard square yards so it looked cheaper. Did not like the deception.

Even though we ran into a little snag with our purchase, they worked with us to rectify the issue promptly. We are very satisfied with the service! Thank you Harrison Flooring. I would recommend them for your next purchase.

They will make you feel very comfortable and welcome almost like Family you haven't seen I a while very friendly I recommend them to anyone looking for flooring or furniture
