Let's see, where should I start 🤔 My husband & I bought a vacation home in December 2024. After the well & septic inspection, it was determined we needed a new well dug. Being unfamiliar with the area, let alone local businesses, I decided to "Google" well drillers in Gladwin, to which brought up only THREE companies. I called all three, one didn't have a voice mail set up, the other two I left messages. One returned my call within FIVE minutes after I left them a message & it was Joe Peterson. I can't even begin to tell you the pleasant experience we had from the start to finish. He was so friendly, professional & informative as well as efficient in returning my calls as well as my texts. He was honest and looked for every cost saving measure possible and even offered additional services, because the well became inoperable, he offered to winterize and protect the interior plumbing, thankfully. His pricing was fair, and I cannot say how appreciative I am of his service. Thanks again, Joe!

Had a no water issue with my well. Joe kept great communication with me and came over as soon as he could. Turned out to be a temporary malfunction of the pressure switch. Joe was super helpful and showed me all of the components of my well system and how to service it in case I experienced an issue again.
