Cutter's Sewer & Drain Cleaning

I HIGHLY recommend Cutter's! I had a sewer main back up in my basement and it was flooding. I called them after hours, they answered and came out first things in the morning. He was upfront with all of the cost an scenarios before he started. The Cutter team was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. They ran 75 feet of snake to the curb and cleared the blockage. I felt very comfortable with their expertise throughout the process. Added bonus...they are very affordable. I was beyond pleased with the cost. Again I highly recommend Cutter's if you have a plumbing emergency.

My father called them this morning while I was at work to have them come out to unclog the sewer pipe. He was told they would be at my house around lunch. At 2:30pm, no one had shown up or called yet! Then they wouldn't answer the phone anymore! Called Triple R and they were at my house in 45 minutes!

I've never dealt with a more honest plumber. Rick helped me out. Great service and very reasonable. If I have a plumbing issue I can't solve he's the first guy I call.

Called and scheduled to have them come fix a clogged drain the next day. Said they would call the next morning to let me know when they would be here. They never called. So I called and they seemed to not remember scheduling me and would call back. After an hr, i called back again, amd they said they were finishing up a job and would be over. They never showed up or answered a call after that. Terrible customer service!

They were at my house for about an hour, ran 120 ft cable through my sewer lines and it only cost me $450.00!!! What a bargain!! Unfortunately they looked at me and saw a single woman, with obvious minimal plumbing knowledge, so they didn’t listen to me when I told them what I wanted them to do, or when I explained to them how it was fixed a few years ago when the same drain had clogged. Due to these unfortunate circumstances, the clog was not cleared. However, they came out a few days later and did exactly what I had asked them to do when they were here a few days before, and within minutes, the problem was fixed! And at no additional charge!! How kind of them :-)
