I would give a 0/5 star if possible and suggest avoiding their photo services at all costs. I dropped off a disposable camera for development services on 11/6 and was told the pictures would be ready in a few weeks. When I checked back in I was told it would be an additional 2-4 weeks. After checking in a second time, I was told it would be an additional 2-4 weeks again. After 9 weeks of waiting, the location informed me that they have no record of this camera or tracking number and that I needed to call customer support. My first round with customer support yielded no help, as they stated that the tracking number does not exist and that if I was lucky the location would "generously provide" a replacement camera. No one should be buying anything unless you want to keep your receipts, just like the old time....they don't take any other identification other than California ID to prove that you have paid. If they are not using high technology to retrieve customers information then they should not be offering in first place....Aleesq or someone that name is pretty Rude to teach me.....as a customer.....she should be calm and respectful. Yet I felt humiliation and reminded like I was old time DMV customer or something! What a waste of money and time!

I recently visited CVS to purchase Children’s Benadryl and was surprised by how the checkout process was handled. Since it is an age-restricted item, the system required age verification. I’m 37 years old and offered my digital driver’s license through the official California DMV app, which is recognized by the state and even used by law enforcement. It also has a “True Age” feature specifically for verifying age. Unfortunately, the cashier would not accept the digital license and insisted on seeing the physical card. While I understand the importance of age verification, declining a secure, government-issued digital ID felt unnecessary and inconvenient. This left me with a disappointing experience, as I believe CVS should recognize modern, officially approved forms of identification.

Nice and clean store with helpful staff. Only issue I didn’t bought medicine because CVS prices are multiple fold more than same acid reflex medicine at Costco. Even it’s more than Target or Walmart.

I cannot say enough good things about this store! My family says if I'm not home, I must be at CVS! It truly is my home away from home! They have taken care of me when I have been very ill and they have been equally as helpful when I needed to match nail polish to my toe color!!! They are all the best!!!
