Have purchased a lot from this location in the past and they recently raised their prices way above their LA location, like 25 cents a square foot more. They wanted to make a copy of my driver's license to pay with my credit card. I value not becoming a victim of identity theft, no way and I left and went to the LA store! Avoid this location, they barely speak English. Go to the LA location, it's much better.

Do not buy with cash!! They charge 25% restocking fee even unopen box items. All of CY flooring branches do not have management to take care of product warranty or customer care. They do not take responsibility.

Good price, good quality compare with Homedepot

Too expensive. they charge $10 per tube of glue and lowes has it for $6 same brand. I refuse to buy so he reduces the price but wants cash

Prices are not like before I been buying here for the last 5 6 years , now their cheapest products are more expensive than other companies also the service at downtown location it got worse they are slow and the office workers don't speak properly English 😒
