He installed the new springs and made sure the door was working perfectly with my garage button, external keyboard, and remote openers. D & D Garage Door Services repaired a broken automatic garage door motor and chain assembly. The technician was excellent, diagnosed and gave me options with prices for the repair. I felt the prices were fair and had him install a new motor and chain assembly, along with new switch panel, and door, sensors. He was very thorough in replacing the old unit and installing the new unit, explaining everything he was going to do. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and checked out and sprayed lubricant on the garage door track and pivot points. The new unit and door are much, much quieter than before. I had an amazing experience with the assessment of my 9 year old garage door issues and ultimate motor replacement. Felix handled both service calls. I hung out and watched him work all the while asking questions. Felix was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. He seemed to genuine love his work. At one point I asked him whether he was one of the owners (because he acted like an owner). He wasn’t but said how well his company treated him. I love doing business with a company who is fair and generous towards their employees! A highlight of the call was that Felix actually used zip ties to make the motor wires look neat and “disappear”.
