I have never met such nice people. The owner Doug is an extraordinary man. We live in Powhatan in a 3 year old house. Our hot water heater kept having sensor problems. Last year Doug came out and fixed it on a Saturday. My wife sat down and had coffee with this nice man. I trust this guy 100 percent. We had the same issue on Friday, he sent a guy out Saturday, but we needed a new sensor. He sent a guy this morning, Sunday and they fixed it. He did not charge us the after hours huge fees that other companies charge. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks and God bless!

After reading the previous review, I call this company for a repair. After I describe what I needed, the person who answer the phone quickly stated, "We only work on new homes", and quickly hung-up. An obvious lie, per the previous review.
