This company is terrific. The windows were ready before the expected date, amazing, right? Then, the installer Tristan and his co-worker did an amazing job installing them. Afterward Bob did a follow up, and the customer service was fantastic. If you're considering replacing windows I highly recommend DK windows.

I would recommend this place. Not only did they not call me back, I had to call a couple times to get a hold of anyone. When they did finally vome out. we had some other issues needing addressed related to our old windows. They didn't bother calling first to give a eta. I wanted to talk to them. They left as quick as they came. And never heard back. They disappeared. No phone call after, no estimate, and no follow up. Zip, notta, nothing. Try to avoid this company

2021 - Second time using DK, this time to replace 3 windows. They did an outstanding job! Professional, courteous, and on time. Cleaned up all after work was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 2017 - We just bought a home in Astoria and one of the windows had a broken seal. I called DK and they were fantastic! They provided a very competitive bid, and the installation was quick (15 minutes) and flawless. In addition, the technicians who showed up were on time, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Dk windows for years on our building rehabs. And they go above and beyond helping us come up with solutions to problems we couldn’t figure out. On top of that, they even loaned us some equipment to help move some really large windows. They’re exactly what you think of when you think small town contractors. They’re just really nice people trying to make a living. I appreciate their service.
