The unit inside of our home has been leaking lots of water for weeks. The first time they came out they claimed to have fixed it by replacing the drain pan. A couple of weeks later it turns out it was still leaking and we could tell by the amount of water that was coming from the wall and all over the floor that it had been leaking for some time. The second time they came out they tried to say that they had fixed it the first time and now it was leaking from lint build up on the coil. They went behind my dryer (without my permission) and saw that the dryer vent was coming off a little and claimed that this was the reason for the lint build up and the leaking. Absolute professionals who are quick, courteous and know their stuff! We have an older unit cooling our store and another one, where we were told by a competitor of DL Bryant's that it could not be fixed - it must be replaced. After one call to DL Bryant, they were not only here within the hour to look at and repair the unit, but they worked on it until it was fixed. These guys are my HEROES!
