So my car got hit in August 05,2023 I file my claim that same day. Someone in the company who drove the truck hit my car in target in Annapolis when I was working. The guy who use the fleet truck hit the my driver bumper and side. My insurance say they don’t have insurance and I have to pay for the damages of my car that I was at work. The guy never left no paper of his information on my car he saw what did to my car I have video and the information that the police give me. I’m upset that I have to pay something that I didnt do and the guy know he hit my car didn’t leave any information. It’s really unfair to have drivers just hit and run knowing that they messed up and be responsible for what they did.

Recently bought one of their former fleet cars from a dealer, and was not able to register it here as the MVD will not accept their non-original lien release or the title signed by their employee Kenneth without a letter head showing he was authorized to sell their vehicle on their behalf as they are a "trust". Called them asking for the required documentation and they refused to speak to me about it, nonetheless provide me with maintenance records for the car. Speaking to an attorney to help correct the issue.
