This company installed flooring in my house several years ago after an insurance claim. The work being done at the time was done incredibly slowly and I had to reach out multiple times to get the company to finish the install. The floor has never been level, if the floor gets wet, the water runs to one side, a clear sign of not being level. The boards are installed so tight that the edges are curling. On top of all of this, I'm quite confident that they billed the insurance company for different materials than they actually installed in my house.
