Our neighborhood is facing several serious issues due to the actions of Highlander Contracting. Their constant and inconsiderate behavior is negatively impacting the quality of life and safety for everyone. First, the heavy traffic they're generating on Stringtown Road is causing significant damage to our local roads. This not only creates a safety hazard but also undermines the tranquility of our community. Furthermore, they are creating a major environmental problem with their unmanaged water runoff, which is constantly depositing mud and rocks onto Stringtown Road. This runoff is a dangerous nuisance and an eyesore that affects the entire neighborhood. Finally, the excessive light pollution they are creating is having a detrimental effect on the surrounding homes. Their use of large,

10 trucks on a 3 lane one way. Way to block off the entrance and emergency to a hospital. Did ever single apprentice and helper need to park 5 yards from the hole? Do better. This is just sad. If the trucks sit empty then they didn't need to be there.

Several employees are unsafe drivers and appear to always be in a hurry. Have been cut off and passed several different occasions when I was doing 75 from employees in company. Marked Vehicles on 83.
