David the Owner and Mike who is the Seniors Claim Mediator were both exceptional from beginning to end! There was a leak in our master bedroom wall that was for sure coming from the roof. After multiple failed attempts from other companies at resolving our issue Mike came in found where the leak was coming from and did a temporary fix till we could get an entire roof replacement. Also, gutted the wall where the leak occurred to treat for any mold issues. During roof replacement a crew was also here to repaint our window shutters that compliment the roof shingles. They did everything we asked for and more. They handled all paperwork to file

Called Dave at D1 construction when I was having problems with my Insurance claim. He put me in touch with William who is an insurance guru. William started the process of getting me a fair deal with the insurance company. Then Dave from D1 started fixing my roof and deck. Composite deck and 50 year roof. During one of our recent storms, we had some shingles blow off our roof. The D1 crew responded quickly and even used the shingles that blew off to make the repair. It's good as new now and we're ready for the next storm. We will definitely use D1 again.
