Good: The team replaced our main water line connection quickly and efficiently. They diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it without delay. The plumbing work itself was done well, and the water line issue has been fully resolved. We appreciate how fast they responded and completed the repair. Bad: We are still waiting for them to level the driveway after the work was completed. It has been more than three months. They mentioned needing to wait for warmer weather, which I understand. However, I have not received any proactive communication from them to schedule the follow-up work. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow-through so far. I’m hoping they reach out soon to complete the job as promised.

Water backed up in our basement drain when a shower was taken while washing clothes. I called Homeserve where I had plans and their rep, Wanda said it was covered and I would here from a plumbing company. I about 10 minutes I received a call from Dave with D R Sevacko Plumbing. He set up a convenient time for the both of us and showed up right within the time frame window. Dave and his helper, Brian were knowledgeable about the issue and had it resolved very quickly. Our hot water tank broke due to a leaky pipe. HomeServe sent Sevacko plumbing. They came out within 24 hours to fix the pipe and install a new tank and expansion unit in less than 2 hours. They were fast, efficient, and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company!

On Thursday 12/4/25 D R Sevacko Plumbing was contacted through our home warranty program, Oncourse/Pivotal Solutions, for a pipe with pinhole leaks in our basement. It was not an emergency situation but something that did need addressed. Sevacko plumbing contacted me that afternoon, I explained the situation and a service call with Cory was scheduled for the following day, Friday, in the AM. Cory contacted us when he was on his way. The pipe was replaced and everything was done professionally with respect and courtesy within 30 minutes at NC as it was covered under the home warranty company. We were very pleased with Cory's work and knowledge. I would recommend Sevacko Plumbing based on our experience.

Our water heater started spewing water all over and we had to turn the water supply off for the house until it was fixed. We were fortunate enough to have insurance and called up Homeserve. PRO-They managed to get us an appointment first thing the next day (Sat) since we had no water. D. R. Sevacko showed up bright and early. They were prompt, professional and polite.
