We have been with this company for some years now and have always had exemplary service. Jared was here today and was polite, courteous, and of course helpful, as all the previous experts from this company have been. I only have good to say about this company. I highly recommend.

Very happy with today’s service call. Texted appointment reminders were sent, Brian showed up when expected, took the creepy crawlspace in stride and diagnosed the problem with my burner within minutes. He explained the issue in a way I could easily understand. I will be calling DRohdes when I’m ready for a new unit.

Just want to say thanks to D.ROHDE, Brian has been servicing our equipment for about three years now, we watch him on our cameras and he never skips a beat, he keeps his eyes on his work and he checks everything, he is very thorough. It was very pleasant to have the technician Jordan came in and fixed up my water pipe leakage and sump pump. He is efficient and have the new sump pump installed and tested. I’m very happy with the service!

Brian was a professional, personal, and honest technician. He came to the house with care, explained fully what he was doing when servicing the AC, and walked us through every step. It helps that he is hilarious, but mainly we were glad that there was no upcharging or selling. Straight shooter!
