I want to say I love this company. I can only speak on my experiences with D&W air flow inc. Every time i have called them for ac problems. The knowledgeable techs inform me what they find. I will never use any other company. Always satisfied. I just used the after hours service today 4/20/2025. Excellent work and worth every penny. They are honest people. Prior to using D&W. I had been told by another company i needed an new unit which was far from the truth. I call D&W and this has been several years ago. I remember the first tech found the problem within few minutes. My house is so cool 😎 I love D&W. Excellent work ain't cheap. But is better than buying a new unit ranging 7k to 12k

A/C went out on Monday and it was fixed on Thursday, which was a great timeline due to no fault of D & W. Everyone was professional, polite, and did their best to get our air back online quickly!! Highly recommend.

I requested a diagnostic, the technician went to the attic, came back with a dirty filter, never went outside where the unit is located, didn’t check anything else. He presented a bill for $88.00, for less than 5 minutes in the home. He assumed the issues with the AC were due to a dirty filter. I thought a diagnostic involved checking the system thoroughly by doing certain tests.

I am a modern home builder in the Atlanta area. We have been working with D&W since 2016. We have done dozens of projects together and I wouldn't choose any other company. Their staff and leadership team always have the right solutions for us and have a positive attitude and mentality. Their service team is also stellar. Highly recommend this group.
