Dabbs Lock

Used Dabbs lock as a recommendation from my condo association. First service was prompt and I was told the company stands by their work and if anything goes wrong. Unfortunately my issue was not fixed. I tried scheduling an appointment and no one showed up. I called the company’s answering service multiple times (over 2 months), with no call back. I called a new locksmith who showed up 2 days later, with great and direct communication. I was extremely disappointed in Dabbs Lock. Would not recommend purely based on no communication and responses, leading to a poor customer experience.

They were able to respond very quickly on a Sunday afternoon but they are incredibly expensive. I paid 404 for a quick unlock door knob 😣 but they were fast just pricey.

Guy was super rude and very unprofessional and didn’t even get the job done. You’re better off calling someone else like Mr.Goodlock who helped me when these guys didn’t

D.J. is not only an exceptional locksmith but so much more. His attention to detail and finesse is much appreciated. He replaced our old front door lockset and matched it to our back door set. During the installation he needed to do some detailed fitting and had to chisel some wood out. It fit and functioned perfectly. He vacuumed up all of the shavings and then some, making sure the work area was spotless. D.J. communications were spectacular. throughout the entire process. He was running early and called to see if it would be helpful for me if he arrived early. His van seems to be filled with all the tools and parts he needs to complete a project. We moved into a new home and the owners had no keys for the back doors or garage. Dabb's was able to conveniently schedule online for the next business day. They were punctual and replacing 5 locks took just under an hour. Everything is working beautifully, the price was very fair and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for local service in the area.
