This a really professional trustworthy company. Clear communication at all times and easy to get hold of if you need to. Their team is top notch and really know what they are doing when it comes to geothermal heating systems and are happy to explain as much as you are happy with - I appreciate that they take time to do this.

My review is for Dailey Electric for a heat pump instalation. Our installer Ricky did a good job with the installation part. He took longer than expected but did good work. We caught him in our bedroom even though he had no need to go in there. He only needed to be in the basement and garage. When I asked him why he was in there he said he was checking on something "inside the wall" but could not explain further and seemed very anxious to leave. I did not share this with my wife. Later that evening we found few pairs of my wife's underwear in the garage in one of our garbage cans. My wife did not move anything from the bedroom to the garbage. We suspect he was in her dresser drawer. We gave two stars for the work he did but are concerned about his reason for being in the bedroom. Edit: It

So far, I am pleased with the service provided by Dailey Electric. Amid some of the hottest days in June, Dailey had crews working for three days to install a heat pump and three internal units in a very old house. The house provided challenges that were hard to anticipate. The crews worked through all of them with determination and good nature. I think they did very well. Also, they gave me many tips on how the heat pump works. Unfortunately I have not been able to use the heat pump because the weather changed and it is too hot for heat and too cold for cooling. In the interim I reading through the manual to get better informed I can update this after getting some experience with the unit. If the unit works well I would give 5 stars. For now I’m giving just 4 stars.

My boiler broke on Christmas morning, resulting in water pouring into my basement! I called the answering service who dispatched a serviceman to my home within fifteen minutes! The level of promptness and professionalism has been consistent in all my experiences with them. I highly recommend Dailey Electric!
