Roots Decks and Remodels

We have an apartment building with large porches on all three floors overlooking Seneca Lake. Roots came to replace the flooring and railings. However, Once the flooring was removed - extensive rot was found in most of the supporting structure. Roots called in an engineer and the job became a major overhaul. We gained full confidence in their ability to take on such a large project and restore the porches to a level much better than they ever were!! The finishes Ben, Joe and Junior came up with were high quality and look amazing - much better than we imagined. I would highly recommend the whole team and thank them for their excellent work!!

About a year ago in March I had a pipe burst upstairs and run for about 24 hrs. completely destroying an upstairs bedroom, and downstairs living room, kitchen and office area in my farm house office site. After several months of cleanup and drying out by Servpro. Roots Decks & Remodels had the overwhelming task of coming into an old farm house trashed by water damage and attempt to rebuild all the aforementioned rooms from scratch. Eric was awesome from the first interaction and very professional. Helped us out of a bind in between jobs they had going on so it was pretty perfect timing. They completely rebuild our deck at our property on short notice for a fair price. Ben who was onsite took photos each day for us to show progress and everything that was being installed. Highly recommend their services. Will be using again.

We had Roots come out early this summer to renovate our Pantry/Laundry room in our old farm house. From start to finish they were absolute perfection. They were always prompt to address any concerns I had and always disclosed to me when we came across new issues as well as giving me several pricing options to choose from. They were thorough, thoughtful and highly skilled in all that they did and we honestly couldn't be more satisfied with the end product. They repaired/replaced my failing deck/gazebo with far superior materials and workmanship, in spite of the terrible weather they had to work through. Seemed a bit pricey at first, but the end result is worth it.
