Jordan was very quick to respond for my request to have our home tested for Radon. The results were a very high reading above acceptable levels. Jordan scheduled us for installation of the radon mitigation system as soon as he had an opening to install it. Jordan and his crew were very polite, and did not waste any time on the installation. Now our radon levels are nearly zero most of the time. We are very grateful for the quick response in making our home a safer place to live.

Jordan was responsive, installed the system quickly and professionally, and dealt with a faulty fan immediately when I called him--turned out to be a manufacturing defect in the fan, which he replaced (free of charge, obviously). That was a year and a half ago, and our levels have consistently been below 1 since (we were seeing spikes into the 20s before Jordan installed the system).
