Daltile Stone & Slab Center

Seeing another review about the people at Daltile helping to match old tile reminded me to share my excellent experience. Last year Tracy (in person) and two other people (over the phone) at this Daltile went out of their way to help me match our kitchen tile which is from 25 years ago. The project is complete, and the expanded kitchen looks seamless thanks to them! I’m so appreciative!

Kevin is an angel. Excellent customer service as he helped me look for some matching 80s tiles. They didn’t have them in the shop, but said he could order them.

The woman who was there today was super rude. She gave my mom tons of attitude and was completely disinterested. She even waved her hands dismissively multiple times when she was being asked questions. She is African American and has red hair. If you do, don’t expect any meaningful assistance from her. We took our business elsewhere. Her attitude cost her boss’ business close to $100,000.

Exceptional service!! Ryan Hull helped us from the moment we walked in, with trying to patiently understand our needs and helped us with a tour of the warehouse showing us all the possible slabs that could match our requirements. Such a great customer friendly experience and we were glad that he helped us throughout the process even with the purchasing online. Ryan followed up with us on delivering the slab immediately to the installer and everything was way above our expectations. Definitely recommend this place!!
