Thieves — avoid at all costs! Our relocation agent hired this company, and one of the movers immediately raised red flags. He wandered into areas he shouldn’t have been in, acting suspiciously the entire time. About 30 minutes after they left, we realized my wife’s ring was missing — a ring she received from her mother, who passed away from cancer when she was just 8 years old. Avoid these crooks and read other reviews — it seems we’re not the only ones who found them rummaging through jewelry boxes.

Additional. Please be very careful using this service. My Brand New still in the Box Surround Sound Bar was stolen. They will number your items. However if they fail to number your item, you will never know it's missing until months after you unpack everything. I made a video of everything that was in my home. I did the check in for the item's when they brought them back to my home. The list showed everything was there. However my Sound Bar wasn't. The Only way this would be possible is for them to not number a item, that way when items are returned you will have no proof that it is a item missing. Other neighbors said the same thing. This is a great company. The workers work as a team. The workers work in excellence. They pack your things with care. They make sure you are comfortable with everything that they do. After 20+ years in the military and numerous moves, this was the best company I've had assigned, hands down! I don't get to choose the company responsible for my moves, since the military contracts them out, but typically, they are less than desirable. This move was from England to California, so Daly Movers had to rely on a separate company to pack the items and they were responsible for delivery. When they showed up, it was a team of 3 men.
