Wonderful customer service and sales department. They have helped me a couple times when I needed replacement part's for their seam setter tools. Quality of the tools is amazing for the price also!
I bought a seam setter. It didn't work well and tried to email them twice to find out their return policy. I have not heard back from them. I would not purchase anything from them again. What terrible customer service!
Fantastic customer service and their bits are solid quality. Highly recommend.
