Lawn care used at my place of employment. These guys leaf blow rocks and debris all over the cars in the parking lot, damaging several employees vehicles. The owner refused to come look at my vehicle and stated his guys did not do this damage, although they are on camera leaf blowing around the cars in the lot and numerous employees had damages. Owner was not responsive to damage claims. Owner refused to share insurance information to file a claim. I sent numerous pictures of the damage to the owner. Owner then claimed he would send me to a paint shop to have an estimate done and that he would take care of it without insurance. This happened at the end of 2022. Never heard from him again. I have had some difficulty with this lawn service. They are generally unable to discern weeds from flowers, and I have had a number of plants killed with round up. I also had a number of flowering bulbs yanked out by hand. Generally I don’t expect them to go the extra mile - ex: if a hose slips out of place they have run it over and cut it instead of moving it out of the way. They often decapitate my flowers with the weed trimmer. I will say that I have upgraded this review as the owner was willing to make contact and reimburse us for the damages done. However, I would still use this group with caution as serious gardeners know that there is no financial price that rectifies a ruined garden/plants you have nurtured for years.
