On 24April I met with e Taylor, the principle of International Concrete Services LLC to acquire a quote for widening my drive way. He provided an estimate which after some consideration we accepted. A contract was signed and we provided a check for half ($1300). Since that time the man has done nothing. Initially he claimed equipment issues…then it was a sickness in the family…now, he’s ghosted me (19May). I’ve filed a report with Pitt county’s sheriff dept (theft by deception) and will be filing a claim in small claims court. Do not, I repeat, do not attempt to use this company for any work…they are untrust worthy! e Taylor has a problem with honesty!
