Our HVAC wasn’t heating properly. I was referred to Eubanks by a friend. They were able to send someone out within an hour. He made a quick diagnosis and was able to get the part and install it, all in less than an hour. The guys were super friendly and efficient. The lady I spoke with in the office was also very friendly and helpful. Glad we chose Eubanks!

Why would you ever call anyone else? I can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner, Patrick, is a stand up guy, a pillar in the community, and has a big heart for people in need. Their service techs are the absolute best in the business. A young man named Aiden serviced my AC this morning, and I couldn’t be happier. He was very professional and I was shocked that a 22 year old was so knowledgeable. I could tell he actually enjoyed what he does for a living and is hungry to be the best in his field. Those type of employees are priceless!

From the first day we moved into our newly purchased home in December our heat went out. We were recommended Eubanks Mechanical from our relators. They were professional, courteous and fair. I can’t say enough good things about Eubanks Mechanical. My first interaction with them was when I was selling my home in 2019. My realtor suggested I replace the HVAC unit before selling, which I really wasn’t interested in doing. One of the owners came out to inspect my unit and give his opinion. He cleaned up the unit really well, suggested I let the old unit stay and offer a home warranty, which I had already planned to do. In all, he spent about an hour working in the June heat ok the unit outside and up in the attic, and didn’t charge me a dime. After moving into our new home that summer, we returned from vacation to find that our drip plan on the attic had overflowed.
