New deck looks great! Mike, Juan, and the crew were perfectionists, so the job was going to be done right. Chad handled all the details from start to finish, and Denise was nice in the office. I would hire dhc again.

They did a great job even working through bitter cold. The old was out and the new windows in before we could feel the cold. The finishing of our porch with beautiful big windows and a new door is great. Thank you to all the guys!

My experience with Dan Hanell construction. In October they came and bid on replacing my skylight in my condo. It was 70 & 80 degree weather then. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I called a member of my HOA to find out what the delay was. He gave me the name of the company that they had picked (I wanted a different company). I called Dan Hanell construction to find out when they could do the work because it was getting late in the year and cold and no one had called me. The woman told me that she would have the project manager call me back. No one called me back. I called my HOA again and they called the company and then the project manager finally called me back. In October of 2022 we signed a contract for work to be completed when weather conditions improved the following spring. From April of 2023 until August we sent numerous emails , texts and phone calls inquiring about the projects starting date. Just like one of the other reviews on this site most calls went unanswered or simply never returned. We weren’t calling to pester them and even waited weeks in-between inquiries. We just wanted to plan our summer around the project. Finally this august I went to the office. The secretary shouted back to the project manager who in turn shouted back to her that he was “just now working on getting materials for our project”. I asked to speak with him directly and was allowed to go to his office. He never rose from his desk or offered to shake my hand. A
