Scheduled a roof repair and the repair person never showed up, and the company never called to inform me they weren't going to make it, nor did they call to reschedule. I like going with a family owned business, and was looking to replace my roof in the near future. However, if their service and support is of this level, it will be with another roofer. To me, it is the service that defines the the quality of a company.

No contractor drama! Dan Shepler roofing completed my project in a timely fashion without any cease and desist letters or private investigators. The price was actually low within my reasonable expectation range and they didnt use cheap garbage materials, or lie to me about uncovering surprise expenses. Who ever was driving this vehicle has no business with a license. Driving recklessly with no concern for others on the road. If the operator feels it’s okay to drive like that, let alone in a company vehicle I wouldn’t give them a penny of my money. Mind blowing Not to mention was on the phone while driving. Just terrible
