WARNING: FRAUDULENT CHARGES They came out to fix a blown fuse and simply flipped a breaker switch—something that shouldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes. I had already agreed to pay for an hour of labor plus a truck fee, but when the bill arrived, it was for 2 hours, totaling $381. When I questioned the office assistant about the charges, she claimed they had to do more than just flip the breaker. Suspicious, I checked our office cameras and saw they were only there for 20 minutes. I called back, and she said she’d check with the manager to see if they could reduce the bill. At that point, I asked her to have the manager call me because she didn’t even apologize for their fraudulent billing. To this day, I’ve never heard back from anyone! The dishwasher at our restaurant broke and we needed it fixed immediately or we would've been screwed for the Friday night dinner rush....our extra kitchen guys had too much prep work to do for an event the following day and wouldn't have been able to do that and wash all the dishes by hand without seriously backing up our kitchen. Danboise came out the same day and was able to diagnose the issue and replace the part in a few hours. I was impressed with their technician's professionalism and how fast they were able to come out for the service call! Would recommend them as your go-to guys for any large commercial repairs that are beyond the abilities of a conventional handyman. Thank you, Danboise, for saving the day!

almost $800 to repair a leaky shower valve. what rip off!

One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with a business. I usually don't write reviews but this was so bad I have to let others know before they make the mistake of calling this company. If I could give 0 stars I would! First, I have been waiting day in and day out for this company to come to my store, I kept getting bumped back a day every time I expected them, and I would receive a call around 4pm stating, 'We're sorry, a job ran over we will have to bump you to tomorrow" while I have been there since 8am waiting for them to arrive. This isn't even the worst part. So today, the plumber arrives, I lead him in the back of the store and tell him I need the 1 inch pipe in the ceiling to be brought down to the back of my deep fryers and to get those connected, then I tell him I a

800 dollars to fix a water heater! No quote just a bill after the work. They give you an estimate of 200 to come out, They do not give you parts or receipts for the parts. See you guys in court.
