Fendt Builder's Supply Inc

Had a patio installed last year and used Fendt products. Poor quality products with ample honeycombing especially on the edges, plenty of bricks losing color, and just bad workmanship. My installer had an inspector from Fendt visit to provide his expert opinion and this guy agreed to the poor workmanship! A little too late for me since my patio's a done deal. I hope this review helps others who are looking at making a Fendt purchase. ---------------- To respond to Fendts comment - The fact that your Manufacturing process cannot control the honeycombing is beyond comprehension. I should have stayed w/Unilock.

Fendt has been our go-to brand for years. Laura helped us today to choose the right wall block for a client and has been amazing as always!

Best customer service I’ve ever gotten. I can see why they’ve been open for almost 100 years. I have had the privilege of dealing with Ron (manager) who went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Cheaper than competitors and better quality products. Highly recommend!!!

Made in Michigan, products are guaranteed. Celebrating 100 years 2024. You don't stay in business for 100 years if your doing bad. They stand behind there products. Congratulations on 100 years.

The woman I dealt with at the counter lacked any kind of customer service skills and did not even remotely seem interested in helping me or doing her job. Disappointing experience and I'll look at other options in the future for my business.
