Patrick was knowledgeable and pleasant when responding to our phone call for help. We'd had no heat since Tuesday night and were definitely feeling the cold! He checked out our system and found that we needed a new thermostat. He installed a new one promptly, rechecked everything, and restored warmth to our home. Definitely recommend them!
