Darn Dependable Services

I have been using Darn Dependable Services for my bi-weekly house cleaning for over 2 years and love the people. They do a great job and are very responsive with requests and adapting to schedule changes. Tami is our regular cleaner and she does a great job and manages the crew exceptionally well. Our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks love it when they come and give lots of tail wags.

I would give them no stars if I could. They were always calling me and asking me to change my doctor appointments, so they could come clean. They weren't even supposed to contact me but go through the agency that sponsored them. Horrible customer service. After reading other reviews, I am so glad I cancelled them and I'm so glad I never let them come into my house.

We have used Darn Dependable twice a month for close to 20 years. We love them! They do a great job cleaning, they’re friendly, easy to work with AND dependable!

I had a great experience with Darn Dependable. I spoke with Sue to get my house scheduled for cleaning. I met with two ladies at my house and they did an excellent job. I thought the price was fair, I got great service and I will use them again.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Customer service is horrible. If they call it’s to either tell you to do something or to tell you that you’re in the wrong about an issue you have. We are PCSING. They had 3 days of an empty house to clean which was our 3 bedroom basehousing. Which wasn’t even that big nor horribly dirty. They made us rent a hotel room because we would be in there way. Yet they were only at our house about 4 hours a day. While we were wasting money hoping the house would be spotless, we would check in during nights and the house wasn’t even touched. I do give them credit on the bathrooms and the kitchen oven. Other than that I would NEVER spend $500+ dollars on an unreliable company.
