Dave Wiltrout Roofing

Dave and his team replaced my entire roof!! When I tell you it looks great and his crew was very nice. They cleaned up everything and was in and out in 2 days even in the cold! Bet price in town and I will never not use Dave Wiltrout roofing!

The reason for the low score is his failure to repair faulty workmanship on the vinyl soffit installation. My roof was replaced and I have no issues. My soffit was installed incorrectly and was removed and reinstalled as originally agreed upon. All of this was done May 2024. During the following months when the summer temperatures raised the soffit started to buckle so I called and went to his office to address the issues and was told I was being placed on his repair list. Once there was time available workers would make the repairs. No show as of May 2025. Please don’t bother to show up now. I have no use or want you on my property again!

Dave is an old friend of mine from my grade school days. We needed a new roof and siding, so I reached out. TJ and Dave came by explained everything they would do, in great detail. Later they dropped off some samples and got started shortly after. The price for everything was great and the crews of roofers and siders were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job, it’s almost like a brand new house. I would recommend Dave Wiltrout Roofing Company to anyone 👍👍👍

New roof install. The crew was efficient and timely. The owner and foreman are knowledgeable. Their mobile dumpster, and cleanup were good. They communicated well about new plywood needed, etc The roof looks great.
