Dave's Flooring (WOW FLOORS)

Had carpet installed in the whole house. Several issues with carpet coming loose and raveling in various locations. We we weren’t impressed with installation. Some transitions not in straight line, one area that came apart Dave promised to replace and asked if we had any spare pieces that he could use. Dave seems to be a nice enough guy but in the end I don’t plan on hanging out with him so I only care about the installation, the product, and how it lasts and this is NOT in good shape after about 10 months. Dave said he would return to replace the transitions and “patch” the area where the carpet has obviously come loose (in an area with very little if any traffic). This is a great family business and would highly recommend. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dave went out of his way several times to help me pick out a floor. Installation went very smoothly and the installers did a great job. They matched up our shoe molding with our existing trim and looks so much better. It’s been several months now and our floor is wearing well so far.big you are in need of a new floor give WOW a try. Lots of samples in the store you can choose from. Excellent service! Great value! On time. This was a well done job. We had LVP flooring installed on the first floor of our home.The technicians were well coordinated, on time and courteous. They were respectful of the furniture that needed to be moved, and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. We needed to have this install done in 2 stages (due to kitchen remodel) and, WOW was great at coordinating with the kitchen company Thanks to everyone for doing so well!

Eric and Jay arrived on time in the morning to install my LVP floor. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done earlier than I expected. The floor look gorgeous. Dave had helped me in picking out a color for the floor and actually Manila oak was what he suggested, and it turned out to be perfect. From beginning to end working with Dave and his associates was a pleasure they had been recommended to me by several people and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring.
