Top notch service! I was absolutely panicking when our furnace went out two days before Christmas. Michael and his apprentice Parker came out as soon as they could get away from another job, diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, and had it up and running in no time! Jason stopped back by to change the outtake pipes to provide more clearance and prevent potential issues at no additional cost. Everyone we worked with was wonderful and very professional. No first-time homeowner wants to ever need “a furnace guy,” but I would recommend Dave’s Heating & Air to anyone in the Rice Lake area! The price was very reasonable for a late night, emergency holiday call!

We recently purchased a cabin and the furnace needed to be replaced. Dave's heating & air conditioning was able to get us on their schedule quickly and the install went well. The two younger techs were thourough and helpful. Mike the owner stipped by to verify everything went as it should and we understood how to operate the thermostat and settings. We are planning on updating the AC system come spring as that was the culprit to the furnaces demise. Mike was very professional and easy to connect with.

Mike came out and checked our furnace and air conditioner for leaking freon. They came back the next day and fixed a seam inside the furnace, cleaned the furnace and added freon to the AC unit. Everything was done quickly and very neatly. They gave us a heads up that we might need a new AC unit in spring. Very professional and fair priced. I will use them again and would highly recommend Dave's.

Michael, the owner, came out to my sweet grandmas house very quickly and fixed my grandmas ac unit. Michael explained everything in detail and was very honest. He could’ve easily told us the 25+ year unit was no good and not help but he was incredible, replaced a few parts and got her back up and running.
