From the first call Shane took all the time I needed to know the product, to Jackie in the office ( that girl knows her stuff) and was amazing, right on to the guys that did the install, Randy and Jake you guys Rock! Our furnace stopped working late at night. They offered to bring heaters to get us through the night while we waited for a part. They came the next morning and fixed it! I called lots of people and they were the only ones to answer my call at 11pm. We thank you so much for getting us up and going again!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Under Aire Heating and Cooling. We purchased a new furnace and central air. Installation was clean and efficient. The owner, office manager and employees were all amazing and respectful. In our house we have a disabled veteran and they were so accommodating and understanding of his needs, working with us to make sure he was able to stay in the house through the install and quickly responding to any questions. We highly recommend Shane and his company and will be using them again in the very near future in our cabin.

10/10 highly recommend Shane and his crew. Shane showed up and saved the day right before 90+ degree temps this weekend. Our AC wasn’t working properly and needed a recharge. It’s now blowing ice cold again! Thank you so much Under Aire Heating & Cooling, we appreciate you!

Very prompt service!!!! Would recommend this company to anyone. Our air conditioner was not working properly during the really hot spell we had. We called them Monday morning and they were there before noon! A quick fix for them and priced very fairly.
