This review is about their crane service. We were building a new garage and the equipment the contractor selected just wasn’t getting the job done with the trusses. Enter Paul’s Sheetmetal. Their crane service was pretty much spot-on. They lifted and set everything needed with zero observed damage. Hell, they even lifted and set the replacement patio door over the house to set it on the deck to make installation a little bit easier. There were a couple of hiccups on invoices but those were easy enough to resolve and the office staff is very customer-focused. The contractors on the project broke down into 2 categories: Part of the problem Part of the solution These guys were most certainly part of the solution. Absolutely recommend these guys!

They installed my furnace several years ago, and fixed it this year when it was on the fritz for a very reasonable price. Going to have them fix my AC in the spring. I've always been happy with the service and value from Paul's Sheet Metal.

Paul’s Sheet Metal saved our Thanksgiving! Our furnace completely kicked the bucket on Tuesday. We called all around and were told we couldn’t get a new furnace until next Wednesday. I left a voicemail with Paul’s Tuesday night and before 8:00 AM on Wednesday morning I was getting a call back saying they could install today! Jack, Riley, and Leo were all wonderful to work with. They were polite, professional, and answered any questions we had. We would recommend 10/10.

Paul’s services my furnace and AC every year. Their preventative maintenance program has saved me a lot of money on major repairs by catching small things as they happen. I also have them service all of my roofing needs. They’re always quick to respond and they are a wealth of knowledge when I have questions. I always recommend Paul’s Sheet Metal!

Amazing customer service! I called today trying to find someone who could make a heavy duty clothes line t-post for me. Although Paul's Sheet Metal doesn't, the man I spoke with, Todd, took my name and number and checked around for me. He called back within 5 minutes with a local business recommendation and their phone number! This may seem small, but so many might have just told me 'no we don't' and hung up. But Todd took the time to look into it AND follow up.
