Dave's Septic Tank Services

We were recommended Dave's septic by my mom, who had used them several times in the past. Andrew showed up early to the appointment and made sure to call us and let us know when he was on the way. He was very professional and kind, made quick work of pumping our septic system, and even went the extra mile to provide us with some information to keep our system healthy. We will be using them again in the future!

I had been told good things about Dave's Septic Tank Services and read some positive reviews. I am not sure what happened but Dave came to our home and gave us an estimate to have risers added to our previously serviced septic tank. He made an appointment with us for the installation and then did not show. We left several messages spaced a week apart - he then called us back and apologized and made another appointment with us but again no show. I have since left multiple messages over a period of a month and have finally given up. I really wanted to work with Dave - he seemed nice and anxious to help but I think it is terribly poor service to not show up (no notice) or not follow through on promised work.

I have used Dave's Septic several times over the years and have always been satisfied. But beginning in August of this year things are starting to go sideways. An appointment was made for a pump out and I was called saying that he would be unable to make the appointment because his truck was in the shop. I was told he would call me to reschedule when the truck was repaired. Two weeks went by..no call and I saw the truck on the road! I called again and left a message but I have never received a call back. Totally unacceptable! I will be using another service.

I called and made an appointment for Saturday, August 6. We agreed that my septic would be pumped at 7 am. At 7, no pumping. At 8, no pumping. At 9, no pumping. Finally called at 10 and left a message. Received a call back a few minutes later where I was told that he flat out messed up and forgot about my appointment. Rescheduled for Sunday, August 8th at 7am and was told they'd be here. Well, guess what? My septic still hasn't been pumped. My husband called at 7:30 to ask if we were forgotten again. We got the run around again and were told that Charles County restaurant grease traps were building up and he was behind and needed to get them done. He told us that he could be out later to take care of us and we told him not to come. Why schedule appointments and then not show? Horrible b

Great price, terrible service. I payed 220 to get my tanks pumped out and they only pumped one out. I was told that since they only did half the job that both tanks would be re-pumped. I left them at least 7 voicemails with no call back asking them repeatedly if they would come out and finish the job they already have been payed for. I never got a call back. I had to drive to the owner of the company's house and leave a bunch of notes that he needed to come to my house and pump out the tanks as it was an emergency at this point. He finally came out the next day but did not pump both tanks like he said he would. I have been calling them repeatedly and been leaving messages as I need it pumped again and am giving them one last chance. They have told me at least 4 different times that someone
