Daves Sprinkler Repair & Winterization

I requested a simple Sprinkler System repair, simply terminate or replace a sprinkler system valve, prefer termination because the zone had a leak in it and I needed to use the system's other zones. He came out twice, once to supposedly diagnose the problem, which I already told him what the issue was, but he ignored. Second time he came out to repair, was rude, started digging a hole to find the valve, only saw two valves of the 3 valves in the box. The third valve being the one that was the problem. Refused to look for it, and was going to terminate a incorrect zone. When I told him this, he just angerly left the site with the hole still dug out. I would not recommend Dave do any of your repairs.

We called Dave to winterize our irrigation system. When he called me back, he said he could come out that afternoon to do it. I said that was great and he at least showed up when he said he would, but I was at work and my pregnant wife was at home and explained the system as best as she could. He called me with a few questions, but I decided to drive the 10 min home to just help him with it since it was his first time dealing with our system. It's not that complicated, but basically in the 10 minutes it took me to drive home he decided he didn't want to do the job and was gone before I got home and my wife had no idea he had left. VERY unprofessional and I would not recommend working with this company!!!!

Dave wasn’t professional at all. His customer service was horrible. I found him on Google and I had called him on a Monday to see when he could come and blow out our sprinklers for the winter. He told me he could do it the next day (Tuesday) between certain hours. At this point, I was happy…until he didn’t show up at all that next day. So I called him on Wednesday morning to see if he was still planning on coming. He had the nerve to tell me that not only had he never spoke to me about it but he also tried to call me out for calling him instead of texting like “people normally do this time of year”. He said he could show up that afternoon and blow out the sprinklers. I made the appointment but didn’t really trust him based on my experience. So I called another company and they were not onl

We moved into a house in the fall and in early November discovered it had a sprinkler system that we knew nothing about. Worried about looming freeze-up, we called Dave who fit us into his schedule just 2 days out. Dave arrived on time to a day of sub-freezing temperatures so had to do extra work to thaw the water line. In spite of that, he took the time to explain how the system worked and what we needed to do for optimal maintenance down the road. We’d definitely recommend and will be calling Dave again.
