I signed a contract to have my home elevated in October 2024. During this project, I had reached out to multiple site, supervisors for questions or updates on the progress, such as permitting surveys, and a start date of the project. Without success of getting a return call or text, I called the main office in Louisiana. I had the pleasure of talking to Miss Marie Taylor On numerous occasions. I would confide to her my questions and without fail, she would get the answers. She goes the extra mile to make you feel you are a valued customer. Marie has shown excellent customer service skills while speaking with me. She is always so polite, caring and eager to assist. If I could give it zero stars I would. STEER CLEAR. Attached is photo of our floor impacted by possible pier failure (we don't know since we can't get a response). We had piers repaired/replaced in 2023 on a 1920s craftsman cottage in Tampa. Since then, we've had issue with a sag in one spot on the kitchen floor that's growing worse and cracking our LVP. We have a 3 year warranty for the work (in writing) and we simply want to exercise that and have someone take a look. Apparently, we are only allowed to talk to 1 person - Grace. Countless emails and phones calls over nearly FIVE MONTHS (!!!) with only 1 call back around Feb. 3 telling us someone will call us within a week. The communication during the process was extremely helpful as we were not on site for most of the work. Notably Bruce from Davie consistently updated me on the progress which was very comforting knowing he was actively engaged. The back office team was very helpful as well and I took great comfort that I had chosen the right team to complete this project - very happy and appreciative of all their hardbwork.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was to lift our house, allowing us to continue living in the place we love. After losing nearly everything from hurricane Ian surge we interviewed 3 different lifting companys and, fortunately, chose Davie Shoring. Ours is a 55 year old house with multiple additions. We feared, going in, that there would be challenges. And there were. The lifting crew from Davie Shoring was amazing. Josh and Isaac had the experience and knowlege to handle the surprises that arose with a "don't worry, we got this" attitude. And the results were perfect. My many phone calls with questions were answered quickly and accurately. Jonathon, Grace and Isaac were always very friendly and helpful. The job was done as quoted and on time. There are reasons they have so many low reviews. They are great at marketing, leveraging media contacts, creating lifting events but when they pull away you may still have lingering quality and workmanship issues like we did. We had cracks, etc that were not fixed. Expect it to cost more, take longer and have some issues when all done.
