They tried to be slightly helpful and ordered me a nut for the agitator in my GE washing machine but seemed angry at me because thenut didn't look quite right and the guy told me he wouldn't order anything else for me. It's not as bad as my reviews can get but I want to give them a chance to redeem themselves by acting better and doing the right thing so, after I call them this time and give them my washers model number and they say they can help me I will be more than happy to give them 5 stars and awesome review.

**The Owner"" came to my residence and did the following: Will charge you $98 "for knocking on your door" after showing up 3 hours later for a service appointment. Then quoting me $600 for putting in a part that costs $150. I asked if the industry standard is really that far above 50% and he told me "it is for front loaders" then wanted me to buy a washer from them. After we talked he told me I didn't owe him a dime (because he knew he was trying to take advantage of my wife and made us stay home all day because he was 3 hours late to an appointment). Absolutely do not trust this company, they are going to try and take advantage of you for being old or a woman. Very pleased with my service call experience. Both Megan, who answers the phone, and Jeremiah, the technician who came to my house, were professional, friendly and helpful. Jeremiah explained everything very well and I was so happy that it was an issue he identified and solved quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to call Davis again should the need arise!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The woman who answers the phone here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She speaks disrespectfully to elderly customers, including those with memory issues, and I personally witnessed her raise her voice at an older woman. When I asked to speak to someone else, every other staff member refused to assist me. Instead of resolving the situation, she laughed and continued to act hostile. This is who you choose to represent your business and speak on behalf of your company? It’s unacceptable. The lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism is shocking. Had an issue with our Jenn-Air cooktop. Purchased a new switch from Fox Appliance in Augusta. I removed the old one and installed the new switch. It immediately tripped the breaker. Consulted a friend from church, he suggested contacting Davis Appliance. I spoke with the staff @ Davis, they asked me to bring the components in, they didn't want to get into my equipment after I had tried the repair myself. Brought the old and new switch in, got the correct direction on how to wire the new switch. Corrected the wiring connections and the cooktop works fine now.
