From the moment Joanie answered the phone, I knew I’d called the right place. She was professional and kind and got me set up for same day service, even though I was not a member of their maintenance club. I signed up, for sure! Our AC had a clog and I was not able to clear it myself. Jason arrived within an hour, and was equally professional and well prepared to make things cool again! He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to be sure I understood what he would be doing and how long it should take. He said it was one of the worst clogs he’d ever seen. He treated my dogs with great kindness and in a caring way, as well. The price was very fair - especially for an emergency Saturday afternoon call! Today we had the 1:2 PM for 2026 for our AC/Furnace unit that we bought from Davis Bros. 3 years ago. We love the system, but especially the service we get from this company. Today's tech was Bryan, who was pleasant and professional. He answered any questions we had, with understandable answers. His expertise was greatly appreciated. Josh and Patrick completed a very professional job. They removed the old system that was no longer working. The old system was to expensive to repair being 16 years old. We decided to obtain a new unit. They were patient and answered any questions we had during the installation. Cleaned up the site very well when complete. Davis Brothers was awesome in getting us scheduled and set up before the cold weather came in so we would have heat. Kudos on getting that accomplished. Davis Brothers has always been great on servicing our HVAC units for maintenance twice a year. I would highly recommend Davis Brother to anyone in need of service.

It is a pleasure to have a visit as Greg, the service rep is always on time, courteous and professional. Very personable and always has clear cut and sensible answers to my questions. He represents Davis Bros. very well and I’m happy with them.

Bryan is excellent to work with. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and very personable. You could tell that he was knowledgeable about our system and he answered all of our questions.
