This company knows how to treat their customers, right! Highly recommend. I needed someone to come check on my HVAC unit after my fire alarms went off this morning. Marianne was so kind and polite, and was able to schedule me a same-day service. Tony Lee came by on-time, and checked the unit and reassured me it’s functionality. He also taught me how to upkeep the furnace to extend its longevity. I felt very cared for as a customer, and would highly recommend this company as an HVAC service! Thank you, Davis and Davis!

This week, my furnace suddenly quit working one night. Since we’ve had colder weather, this was obviously an emergency. I called a few companies and could not get an immediate appointment, but Davis & Davis was able to be very flexible and ultimately offered me a few options. As I was leaving my office yesterday, heading to the cold home that awaited me, they contacted me because ann evening appointment suddenly became available! The technician arrived and was very nice and took time finding the problem. He also took the time to clean the inside of my furnace and replaced the faulty pressure switch after he isolated the issue. I really appreciate their attention and dedication to fixing my urgent problem. The cost was also reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My HVAC unit was giving me some minor problems and I was fortunate enough to have Jesse as my technician. He exceeded my expectations with his quality of service and attention to detail. Happy to have him and this company for my HVAC needs.

They kept our old HVAC limping along with their twice-yearly service contract. When it came to finally replacing it, they were the most reasonably priced estimate. The two gentlemen doing the replacement arrived on time, were very polite, and had the system replaced in about 5 hours. Looks great, works great (so far!) - we’re very pleased overall.

My a/c unit had blown 3 fuses in a month and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. Davis & Davis was recommended to me by my neighbor. They showed up at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He diagnosed the problem within 20 mins (loose wires in the breaker box), fixed it promptly and I was only charged the $109 trip fee. Will definitely use them going forward on all my HVAC needs.
