I lost power in half my home because of a failed leg of 110. Until I called AEP and Randy came out, I had no idea what was going on with the power. Randy was very professional, assured me that everything was okay but the line required repair, and called in the work order for the guys at Elliot. Randy has been in the business a very long time so I trusted everything he told me about the diagnosis. Mike, Mitch, and Dan (or Nick - I dont remember the last gent's name from Elliot) came out to site. From the time I called AEP to the time the repairs were made be Elliot was only about 4 hours. Very fast, very professional. I think this goes as a big win for these two companies. Thank you guys for the clean, fast work and great customer service!

These guys that replaced power pole and put in new transformer and new street light were AWESOME. These guys are wonderful and very professional. I recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!

This company trespassed on my property and illegally parked their equipment on my lot. My phone number is clearly on the building but they did not seek permission and their receptionis does not answer their phone. I will be towing their equipment.
