Donte and his associate were amazing. Great personalities , very friendly and informative. Would definitely have back again for any follow up work or recommend to family and friends. Very pleased with service. We had HVAC maintenance check and had a UV filter system added. We have be using Davis for many years and have always been treated wonderfully and the work has always been exceptional.

Travis is knowledgeable with a patient and caring personality. He gives Davis Heating and Cooling an excellent reputation. We highly recommend them for heat pump purchase and service. Today 11/20/2025 the unit was installed. The installation was a great success. Jason Shortridge and Robert Umeck installed the unit and stepped though how to use it. They are both great representatives of your company and did an excellent job with the installation. Great job.

I called Davis with a heating problem and they were able to get me in within 2 hours of calling. Caleb came out and let us know our unit was almost 40 years old and we would need to replace it ASAP! Caleb was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things heat pump/ac units. We really enjoyed talking with him and he was very pleasant to work with. We were quoted around $16,000 for a reputable unit and offered great financing options, which was very convenient. Also, their products and service come with a very generous warranty. The assessment/technician fee was very reasonably priced and can be credited towards your unit, if purchasing from them. Pipe bursted during the snowstorm this year so I tried Davis for the first time. Their customer service and dispatch representatives were extremely respectful and personable. Corey got to my house in just a few hours and quickly resolved the issue. Will be recommending the company to all of my neighbors!

We just signed a service contract and Caleb and Chase were our technicians today. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They also covered shoes which I was very appreciative of. They serviced our units and found a defective part, they were able to replace today and are returning to install humidifier. We have used Davis HVAC for years and have always been satisfied.
