I had an excellent experience with service technician Brandon Brown. He came out to service my heating and cooling system and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. Shaun with Davis HCPE moved my washer and dryer hookups to an external wall due to an inefficient and problematic prior dryer venting system. He was prompt, professional and understood our concerns with the previous setup. Now our dryer vents straight outside, and we no longer have to worry about a potential fire hazard. The young gentleman was polite and respectful. He had the job done in great timing. He explained what he had to do before he started showed me the work he performed after he was finished His knowledge of plumbing was professional. Most of all my mother was well pleased with his work , being professional and his courtesy.
