I called Skywalker Roofing after noticing some stain spots on the ceilings and a leak on the porch of our 8 year old Cape Cod modular. The Skywalker staff was extremely helpful, informative, and professional from the first interaction I had with them. The first representative was very helpful in gathering preliminary info to help them prepare for the initial visit just a few days later. I was contacted ahead of the visit by Beau, our assigned consultation specialist. He was professional, respectful, and very down to earth. Skywalker Roofing replaced the roof and gutters on our home, and it was a seamless process from start to finish. Mark was very helpful and patient in guiding us through preparations, materials selection, and scheduling. On the day of the actual work, our project manager BJ answered every question, shared continuous progress updates, and made sure our yard was fully cleaned of all scraps before the crew wrapped up. Skywalker was amazing. Jason L. came out and did an extremely thorough inspection of my attic and roof. He took extensive videos and showed me all of the problem areas. I decided on the spot to go with Skywalker and he handled all of the details for setting up financing. He gave me several options of roofing to choose from. He told me a Project Manager would contact me for scheduling and projected it would be two to three weeks for them to get out there. Two days later I received a call from the PM that they could come out next day to do the job. They showed up promptly at 7:30 am exactly when stated they would be there and went to work immediately. They did a phenomenal job on our roof! It was a lot of work they had to pull up old boards and replace them and bring out the sides of the roof so they could add facia that wasn’t there before. I was definitely expecting it to take a few days to complete ;however, they finished it in one day and the next day a crew came and did the gutters. After they had finished it looked like a completely different house I’m so in love with their work! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs roofing work done!
