I had paid them to come and create me a set of keys because I have lost mines. They came and did just that and now I realized my top lock does not work. Yesterday I went by there and showed him a video of my lock not working. He came to look at it and claimed it was not working before he worked on it. Mind you I have been living here for a few years and never had a problem with neither Locke till he came and worked on it. Then going to tell me he not working for free and to place a money order. But sir before u even worked on it, it was perfectly fine. Moral of the story my Locke was working before I paid him to work on it.

We’re in the process of purchasing a property with a seller that lives in another state. We reached out to this company to facilitate a service of opening a property with the sellers consent. They requested the seller provide a form of identification along with a tax form verifying he’s the owner of the property. Those items were sent over yesterday and were confirmed that all was well and they would need to have the seller call them and confirm he’s the homeowner. After the homeowner called in and confirmed he’s the home owner they then denied service. I inquired as to why and they said they reviewed the passport and that it’s “fishy”. My car key randomly snapped one evening after an 8 hour shift at work. I had to use a wrench to drive my car, and was not particularly comfortable with the situation. My Dad wanted to help, so he did some research and found this location near Danville, VA. I called, and was kindly greeted and promptly given an appointment. At the appointment, the locksmith realized that they'd have to order the stub for my key since it was for an older Volkswagen vehicle. He ordered the part and got me in less than a week later for the final rekeying / fix. It works great, didn't cost too much, and everyone I met was incredibly kind. 5/5

Let's be honest, your day is likely not going the best if you have to call a locksmith, but the smiling faces of River City Lock & Key arriving quickly did help. After spending all weekend looking for our van keys, a quick visit by River City Lock & Key's staff, had us up and running within 10 minutes. From responding to my email on a Sunday evening, to the on-time call back, to the prompt service of the on-site staff, count me impressed. I hope I don't need to call a locksmith anytime soon, but if I do, I know I will call these guys.
