Don’t use this company very very rude Spanish employees, they speak great English but try to act like they don’t understand what you are saying. They don’t clean up on the contracted properties. Didn’t blow the trash from the doors & this is something they are suppose to do. They don’t cut the lawn properly didn’t weed eat the areas. Snakes are about to come out, clean the areas RIGHT. This is a senior apartment property. He didn’t think someone would come out and say something. I was wondering why my dad is sweeping his porch off after they leave. I’m so happy I was here. Thanks Eddie for giving me a call back so quickly. This will be reported to the property manager.

I live at one of the properties that this company does landscaping for. Other than the beautiful, high quality, consistent landscaping that is done on this property, I wanted to take a moment to thank Santos. I had a flat tire on my truck this morning, and in the process of changing it, I could not get the flat tire off my vehicle. Santos was working nearby and saw me struggling. He stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help me. Despite it being 90⁰ outside, he took time out of his day and changed my tire. When I offered him some cash, he declined, helping me out of the kindness of his heart. Multiple people walked by me and offered no assistance, and Santos really saved me. I am new to Georgia and do not know anyone here, so I'm not sure what I would have done if he hadn't helpe

Half done or totally neglected job, and leaves a mess all over the cars. Doesn't use the proper tool for the job. ***UPDATED*** This is what you get if you have a convertible and park outside when one of their "crews" comes thru. A car full of debris and leaves. So glad they changed their name. A disgrace to their former name of Davis.

These people did a terrible job in our neighborhood. Every single week we had to strong arm the staff into finishing cutting the common areas. Sometimes it would work, and sometimes we would have to cut the foot tall grass ourselves. After two Summers, we got the HOA involved. When the HOA inspected Davis's slip shod work, Davis was released from the contract and we no longer have to nag a vendor to do the job they are paid to do.

I used their service for several years until this year, they didn't come to cut the grass. No call, no show. No response to text or calls either. I'm very disappointed with these guys.
