Davis Swimming Pools

These guys are AMAZING. They did an awesome job putting my pool in a few years ago and they are the only company I will have work on pool needs whether it’s repairs or opening and closing. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company.

Probably the worst pool company in Connecticut. No communication. Phone goes to full voicemail. They don't call you back if you leave a message. The manager is incredible rude and cannot be bothered. He's too busy to call people back and has no customer service etiquette. Perfectly fine with customers leaving because he's too busy to answer all his calls.

Horrible company. Zero support or customer service. They do not ever return phone calls. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and downright abysmal to deal with. Go elsewhere for any and all of your pool needs. If I could rate them a zero I would.

Terrible customer service. They are defensive, and give you an attitude like you’re an annoyance rather than a paying customer. Do not recommend.

Davis built our salt water pool and installed a stand alone spa in early 2017 so it was open for the ‘17 summer season and we are beyond pleased! (Over a year later we still feel the same) We found them friendly, reasonable, very knowledgeable, and hard working. They worked with us to design the perfect pool. No nickel and diming like some other companies out there. We are confident we made a great choice for a sturdy pool and equipment that will give us years and years of enjoyment! He is the type of guy who does it right the first time to avoid having to fix it down the road. The store is also stocked to fully meet any needs you have for your pol and they still teat a sample of your water to help you get the chemicals right!!
